What AuthPlus tells you, and — importantly — what it does not.

Emails

AuthPlus sends exactly one kind of email: a one-time code. Every message expires after 10 minutes and asks for nothing else.

Warning · Anything else claiming to be from AuthPlus is suspicious

AuthPlus never emails you a link to click, never asks for your password, and sends no invoices, invitations or alerts. A message that does any of those is not from the product — do not act on it.

In the interface

Signal	Where	Meaning
Red count on Warnings	Sidebar	Unresolved warnings. Hidden when there are none.
Red count on Brands	Sidebar, administrators only	Brand verification requests awaiting a decision.
Brief messages	Corner of the screen	Confirmation or failure of the action you just performed. They disappear after a few seconds.
Status chips	Brand pages	Verified, pending or rejected badge status.

Warning · There are no push notifications and no alert emails

Nothing reaches you when the app is closed. An over-verified code, a counterfeit cluster or a rejected badge will wait silently until somebody signs in and looks. Build a routine check into your working week — the counts refresh when a page is opened or refocused, not continuously.
