Brand verification

Deciding which brands may display the green check that customers rely on.

The review queue — approve, reject or revoke.

1. Open Brands and switch to the Brand verification tab. A red count shows how many requests are waiting.
2. Open a request and read the owner’s note and attachments — registration documents, trademark certificates.
3. Decide:
   • Approve — the badge appears immediately, everywhere the brand is shown.
   • Reject — record a clear reason; the owner sees it and may request again.
   • Revoke — remove a badge previously granted.

Warning · The badge is a public assertion

A verified badge tells every customer that AuthPlus has confirmed this brand’s identity. Approve only against documentary evidence, and record why in the decision note — that note is the audit trail if the decision is ever questioned.

No email is sent on approval or rejection. If your process expects the applicant to be informed, contact them directly.
