Turning codes into something you can physically print.

Generating the documents

1. Open the issuance and select Documents.
2. For a printable sheet: choose a Template and a Language, then Generate PDF.
3. For a data file: choose a language and Generate CSV.
4. Generated documents stay listed, with a download button, so colleagues can retrieve them later.

Generated documents remain available for download.

Note · Generating twice

You can generate as many documents as you like, in several languages, from the same issuance. The codes never change — only their presentation. Delete a document you no longer need with the bin icon; the codes are unaffected.

What the PDF and CSV contain

One print-ready sticker per code.

The CSV — every code with its details.

Tip · Which one to send to your printer

Send the PDF when the printer will use the layout as-is, and the CSV when they have their own label design and only need the data. The CSV is also the file to keep as your own record of what was issued.

Common errors

Message	Resolution
No print template available	No label template is configured on the platform. Ask an administrator to add one (Platform configuration).
Kind must be pdf or csv	An internal request problem — reload the page and try again.
Object storage is not configured	Documents cannot be stored server-side. Contact your administrator.

Warning · Check one printed label before the full run

Print a single sheet and scan it with a phone before committing to thousands. Verify that the QR reads at the final printed size, on the final material, and that the printed code text matches the QR.
