Assets

Unique valuables — art, jewellery, watches, collectibles — where each piece is registered individually and carries a signed ownership certificate.

The structure mirrors products, with different meanings:

1. Open Assets and create a category, choosing its brand.
2. Inside the category, add one item per physical piece, with its reference or serial number and its value.
3. Issue a single code for it (Issuing codes) and attach the printed certificate to the piece.

Expected result. Scanning that code shows a certificate view with the certification date and the number of ownership transfers, rather than a product view.

Tip · Record the value

The unit value is printed on the certificate and is what makes the record useful for insurance, resale and inheritance. Keep it up to date after a revaluation.
