Control verifiers

Restricted inspection profiles, for enforcement staff and internal audit.

Everyday verifier types provision themselves; Control profiles do not. They are created deliberately and issued to a named person, and they can only verify Control-tier codes.

1. Open Verifiers and select New verifier.
2. Give it a recognisable Name — for example Inspector 01. This name appears in every scan history it produces.
3. Choose Control as the Type.
4. Set a Username and Password, then save.
5. Hand the credentials to the inspector, who adds them in the app as described in Adding a professional profile.

Note · Control is offered only to the superadministrator

The Type list shows only the types your role may create. If Control is absent, you are signed in as an ordinary administrator — the Control type is reserved to the platform superadministrator (Platform configuration).

Warning · One profile per person

Control credentials identify who performed an inspection. Sharing one profile across a team destroys that accountability. Create one per inspector, and archive it the day they leave.
