The owner filter

The single control that decides whose data you are looking at.

A standard user always sees only their own records. As an administrator, the Owner selector at the top of the sidebar widens that scope:

Choice	Effect
My items	Only the records you created yourself. The default.
A specific owner	That user’s catalogue, exactly as they see it. Search the list by name or email.
All owners	Every record on the platform, from every account.

My items, all owners, or one specific owner.

The choice applies everywhere at once — brands, products, assets, contents, verifiers, operations, warnings, the statistics on Overview, and the global search. It persists between sessions.

Warning · Check the selector before you conclude anything is missing

Almost every “the data has disappeared” report from an administrator is the owner filter left on the wrong setting. If a brand you expect is absent, switch to All owners before investigating further.

Note · Creating records while scoped to another owner

Records you create always belong to your account, whatever the filter is showing.
